MCLE Info and MaterialsIf you would like to earn MCLE credit at the seminar follow all four steps. Onlyparticipating in one of these does not earn you credits: 1. Check in at registration and pick up your badge. Your State Bar number will be used to track your attendance. 2. Sign the sign-in sheets each day during the seminar. 3. Fill out evaluations for each session you attended. 4. Complete the MCLE certificate indicating which sessions you went to.This is absolutely required in order to receive your MCLE credits.
This activity is approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 10.0 hours which includes 1.0 Technology credit, 1.0 Civility credit and 1.25 Legal Ethics credits. CAOC certifies that this activity will conform to the standards for approved

Seminar Cancellation Policy:Refunds will be honored only if a written request is submitted to CAOC 14 days before the seminar and will be subject to a $75 service charge. Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:Any reservation that is cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. No shows, early departures, or other reductions to length of stay within 5 days prior to arrival will also forfeit full room and tax.
