Registration:Registration includes
• Friday, May 2: Seminar sessions, lunch, and a Welcome Reception
• Saturday, May 3: Seminar sessions, continental breakfast, lunch, Cabana Activity, and the CAOIE Awards Reception
• Coffee and tea provided throughout all seminar days
• Access to all presentation materials
• Opportunity to earn MCLE units and receive an MCLE attendee certificate

MCLE Info and MaterialsFind MCLE earning opportunities at the seminar! Your attendance is tracked by your State Bar number through your registration. To earn you must check in at registration and pick up your badge. During the seminar, be sure to sign the sign-in sheets each day. Following the seminar, scan the QR code and complete the online MCLE attendance certificate and fill out evaluations for sessions you attend.

Seminar Registration is required in order to receive the hotel discounted group rate:Once your seminar registration is completed you will receive a confirmation email that will include the hotel information. Seminar Cancellation Policy:Refunds will be honored only if a written request is submitted to CAOC 14 days before the seminar and will be subject to a $75 service charge. Registration substitutions may be made only when the substituting party holds the same membership category as the original registrant.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:Any reservation that is cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. No shows, early departures, or other reductions to length of stay within 5 days prior to arrival will also forfeit full room and tax.
Vendors:Vendors must register as an Exhibitor or Sponsor. Vendors include anyone who sells goods or services to attorneys, even if they are also attorneys. For more information, please email .gro.coac%40swerdnac
